I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience across sales, marketing, and digital transformation, working with Fortune 500, DAX-listed, and leading mid-sized companies across industries such as telecommunications, mechanical engineering, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and SaaS. I have delivered more than 50 corporate workshops, primarily for C-level audiences, focused on digital transformation and commercial performance, and have played a key role in shaping go-to-market and growth initiatives. My work combines strategic perspective with operational depth, allowing me to support senior leadership in driving transformation, growth, and measurable business outcomes.

Entrepreneurial experience and thought leadership
I have been an entrepreneur since 2001, when I launched a profitable import business in Vancouver, Canada. I subsequently joined IAK International as a consultant, advising renowned corporations such as Bayer, Nokia, and Telekom on strategic initiatives. Based on this foundation, I co-built and scaled a digital services firm from 4 to more than 40 employees, sustaining strong annual profitability for more than a decade. Across both my consulting work and my role as a company builder, I supported Fortune 500, DAX-listed, and leading mid-sized businesses in driving digital transformation and commercial growth. Following a successful ownership transition and my exit from that business, I founded Actuways AG, where I currently serve as CEO.
My commitment to thought leadership is reflected in my work as a speaker at major digital industry events and as a lecturer at institutions such as LMU Munich, the University of Hannover, and the Hertie School of Governance.
Personal Background
Roots & Education
I am based in Switzerland and grew up in southern Germany and Canada, with some of my most formative professional years spent in Vancouver. I graduated from Alpha Secondary School as an Honour Roll student and later earned my BA in Economics from Simon Fraser University, receiving the Provincial Scholarship of British Columbia for my academic achievement. Subsequently, I completed a graduate business degree from Germany's oldest private university (Witten) and was awarded a scholarship the scholarship of the National Academic Foundation, Germany's most prestigious organization sponsoring the academically gifted.
Community & Purpose
I’ve dedicated myself to serving my community through roles at the Vancouver Crisis Centre, volunteering in Community Policing initiatives, and supporting restorative justice programs. I’ve also contributed as a bookkeeper for my local church and as a church musician.
Growth & Curiosity
I’m a lifelong learner deeply committed to self-development—intellectually, emotionally, and physically. Much of this journey is fueled by my love for non-fiction; you’ll often find me devouring books on business strategy, philosophical inquiry, or the nuances of human psychology. These explorations not only sharpen my mindset but also inform how I engage with the world.
Life Beyond Work
At heart, I’m a happy father to two wonderful children. Music has always been a cornerstone of my world—whether I’m playing the piano, clarinet, or harmonizing with friends, it’s a creative outlet that brings me joy. When I’m not making music, you’ll find me pushing my limits with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or recharging in nature, exploring the rugged beauty of mountain trails.
